Coming soon, functional medicine health coaching will be integrated alongside myofunctional therapy to support root-cause-focused, whole-body care.

I'm proud to share that beginning in March 2026, I will be pursuing certification as a Functional Medicine Health Coach through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy! This advanced training allows me to thoughtfully expand my myofunctional therapy practice by integrating functional medicine principles as a complementary service.
By incorporating a root-cause-focused, whole-body perspective, I aim to better support the underlying factors that influence airway health, muscle function, and overall wellness. Myofunctional therapy plays a vital role in restoring proper oral and facial function, but lasting outcomes are often shaped by systemic influences beyond the mouth alone.
This expanded approach reflects my commitment to comprehensive, collaborative care and ongoing growth as a healthcare professional. By supporting the body as an interconnected system, I can continue helping clients achieve more sustainable results as part of an individualized, whole-body care plan.
